South Kilburn: Alive with Opportunity

South Kilburn is located in north-west London in the London Borough of Brent. Falling within Zone 2 it makes South Kilburn an ideal place to live, work and play. South Kilburn shares boundaries with Camden to the west and Westminster to the south. It borders the affluent residential areas of Maida Vale, Queens Park and West Hampstead. Just a mile away from the West End, the Bakerloo tube line and main line trains connect South Kilburn directly to major opportunity areas at Paddington, Wembley and central London.
Kilburn High Road, a bustling and vibrant town centre, adjoins the area and provides a huge variety of retail outlets catering for all tastes. In recent years this area has become the locals' choice for dining out and entertainment with its many restuarants and bars.
The potential for successful regeneration and development of the area is considerable.
