Catalyst Housing
Catalyst Housing is one of the leading housing associations in London and the South East. They provide more than 20,000 homes, through a wide range of rental and home ownership opportunities.
Better Homes
Catalyst makes quality homes affordable, providing rental and home ownership opportunities for people at every stage of life. In 2011, Catalyst was named Affordable Home Ownership Provider of the Year.
Better Service
Catalyst aims to deliver outstanding customer service, and is always striving to improve. They provide a range of online services and information for their customers. Catalyst is a TPAS (Tenant Participation Advisory Service) accredited landlord.
Better Future
Catalyst works with local partners to transform the prospects of local residents and the areas where they live. Their award-winning regeneration schemes breathe new life into run-down neighbourhoods. In 2011, the regeneration of the South Acton estate was voted Best Urban Regeneration project by readers of First Time Buyer magazine.
As well as providing homes, Catalyst works to strengthen the communities around them by supporting local people to build a better future. Catalyst Gateway, a charity set up by Catalyst, runs and provides funding for a number of community projects and initiatives in three key areas:
Catalyst Gateway’s Pathways 2 Progress project works with young people at risk of involvement in serious crime. In 2011, Pathways to Progress won a highly commended prize at the National Housing Federation’s What We Are Proud of awards.

Catalyst was formed on 30 September 2011, when Catalyst Communities Housing Association, Fortunegate Community Housing and Kensington Housing Trust joined together.
Catalyst now has four local boards (including one for Brent) which oversee the local services they provide for residents.
