South Kilburn Partnership Groups
The Partnership structure consists of a number of Groups that meet six times a year. The terms of reference of the Groups support the vision and delivery of the objectives and detailed targets that are set out in the Regeneration Strategy 2010-2025. They operate in the following areas:
· Children and Families
· Community Initiatives
· Employment and Skills
· Health and Wellbeing and
· Neighbourhood Coordination
Each Group is chaired by a local member of the community and is provided with additional specialist expertise from agencies and residents. The groups' roles are to:

- Consider issues relating to their specific area
- Monitor any SKNT funded programmes
- Develop new interventions where necessary
- Drive the future focus of each programme
- Identify opportunities for improving the delivery of services for statutory agencies
- Develop local working relationships.
