P3 Navigator

Jobshop South Kilburn

(formerly known as South Kilburn Youth Centre, SKYC)
2 Masefield House, Stafford Road, London NW6 5YU

Targeting 16-30 year olds NEETS (Not in Education, Employment or Training) in the London Borough of Brent, P3's Jobshop is a job brokerage service providing free training and support to help individuals into work. Situated in the heart of South Kilburn, P3 Jobshop works with young people at risk of social exclusion that may experience various factors preventing them from securing long term employment. These could include low skills, poor education and disability. Funded by Brent Council, Jobshop has made a name for itself in the local area as a first port of call for young people in need of work.
In line with P3's organisational holistic approach, Jobshop seeks to recruit for a diverse client base, working in hard to reach areas with unskilled clients, the long term unemployed, and those with social and economic needs. The project overcomes these barriers into employment through training and development programmes, while providing a professional recruitment service to employers through its dedicated staff team.

Link Worker Service
The Camden and Brent Link Worker Service is a service of Kilburn Navigator (formerly Kilburn Youth Centre) and the P3 social inclusion charity working with socially excluded young people in Brent and Camden.
The Link Worker Service is designed to improve ways of working with people who may have a variety of difficulties and could be in contact with the criminal justice system.
We establish relationships with people who have complex and/or multiple needs. The aim is to “link” into the local services that meet their needs. We are not time limited in our work and are able to work at a pace agreed with clients.
Engagement can often involve a long process and as a team we are committed to working alongside clients to overcome obstacles to accessing services.
