Jacqueline Clarke - Chief Executive
I am thrilled to be working for SKNT. I have worked in South Kilburn for a couple of years now with the former NDC programme and recognise there is still a lot to do and a lot more that can be achieved.
I hope I bring a knowledge of and understanding of South Kilburn having worked here previously, and at the same time a hopeful and optimistic 'can do' attitude to what we hope to achieve.
I've worked in regeneration related work for around 10 years. I believe South Kilburn is positively an 'area of opportunity' (the SKP and SKNT motto) and hope others would agree.
In terms of goals and ambitions for the area it would be great if SKNT can contribute to building a happy, participative and mutually supportive community where people are encouraged and supported to overcome some of the very real barriers that hinder them from reaching their full potential.
There are many opportunities in South Kilburn, often more than in other areas of the borough or London, and I hope local residents make full use of these. It is a great area with good links to the West End, Wembley, Brent Cross and Park Royal.
I want to place South Kilburn back on the map as an area of real opportunity – not one of deprivation. I have worked on a number of different regeneration programmes across London and the South East and have always had the same intention. I want to hear South Kilburn residents speak with pride about where they live and what they have achieved.
As an organisation SKNT is determined to drive forward the necessary physical and social regeneration to ensure that all South Kilburn residents have decent homes, a safe and secure environment, good educational prospects, access to quality health care and employment prospects.
I relish the challenges that this brings and look forward to playing my part in building a better South Kilburn for all.

I'm delighted to be able to work for an organisation like SKNT that is helping to develop South Kilburn and increase the opportunities for those that live and work here.
Previously I have worked in organisations that have had a strategic regeneration brief across London but my current role with SKNT is more about how to make things happen on the ground.
Having become familiar with the area I am amazed at the number of groups and individuals working on a hugely diverse range of projects putting in a lot of effort to improve things across the estates.
I hope I can support some of this activity to ensure that South Kilburn grows and thrives in the future.
